Secrets of the darkest rooms

( hundred's of first year students attend Hogwarts every year, but from the time that Harry Potter joined Hogwarts countless secret rooms were discovered and or re-found : The passage to “ The Shrieking Shack ”, The room of requirement, The kitchens, The chamber of secrets, The seven passageways out of Hogwarts, The portrait of Ariana, The hunchback witch ………. . Well, let’s add a few more. )

[ Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry, Harry, Hermione and Ron’s sixth year, Ginny and Luna’s fifth, a couple of days before Easter break, seventh floor corridor, following Harry Potter ]

( Just a note before I start, remember all characters all above 18 and none of the “ Events ” of Harry, Hermione and Ron’s sixth year happen here. Just imagine it.)

Harry was standing, pacing around the seventh floor corridor. He seemed to be waiting for someone, after a few minuits, that someone, or someone’s arrived. Ron and Hermione turned the corner and both looking at a book in Hermione's hand. Harry raised his head and seeing the two, said “ Hey! You two! Where have you been? Didn’t any of you get my letter? ” Ron and Hermione looked up “ oh! Sorry Harry! I was just showing Ron this new book I foun….. ” Harry interrupted saying “ it doesn’t matter, I just got a fantastic idea, remember a few days ago when we were starving for another adventure? ” Ron opened him mouth to respond but Harry interrupted again “ Well I might have just found one, Or… a few. ” Hermione raised her eyebrows and Ron opened his mouth but Harry just gestured them to fallow him. Ron said hesitantly “ Harry where are we going? ” Harry turned around “ the room of requirement! ” said both Harry and Hermione, Ron looked at Hermione, she replied to his unasked question as if it was obvious “ we’re on the seventh floor corridor Ron!” Ron sighed and at that moment Harry stopped and turned around, Hermione pulled Ron out of Harry’s way as the later started to pace, thinking. After three paces, the door to the room of requirement appeared. “ What did you think of Harry? ”Hermione said as she and Ron joined Harry in front of the door, Harry stayed silent as he opened the door.

The room was empty, empty except for a Dark green marble pedestal with a book perched on it. The rest of the room which was quit big was made of the same color marble with lit up torches propped up against them as the only source of light. All three of them were very confused, after a few seconds Hermione asked “ What did you think of? ” Harry replied almost immediately “ secrets around Hogwarts ” Hermione walked to the book as the door to the room closed and opened it, she turned around “ well you got what you wanted ” Harry and Ron walked over to see a page of the book reading ‘ The secret room of staff ’ and bellow it the drawing of a short corridor with moving drawn portraits and a stone pedestal with a large green vase in the middle of it and as Harry looked at it,the stone pedestal grew into a door and the vase into an emblem. Hermione started reading the writing below “ this room provides a social place or a place to create, a hidden lever changes the rooms and there is a room for all subjects : Astronomy,potions,divination,transfiguration…. ” Hermione flipped a page “ There’s more, there are hundreds of secret rooms here ” The next page showed a picture of ‌a statue of a dragon that Harry had seen many times in the entrance to the dungeons entitled ‘ the Scamander’s case ’Hermione read the explanation below as Harry looked at the picture of the statue. “ this secret room is named after newt Scamander, it is a trusted place for dragon training and a place for care of magical creatures teachers ” the sketched dragons mouth opened wide enough for a human to go inside and then its tongue unraveled and split into stairs. All three of them said softly “ wow, witch one first? ”
