Marvel Wave 4 English

Marvel and the first ten years were simply epic. Everyone has probably seen the story of Iron Man, Cpt America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye. One by one the stories of the heroes were told until finally after ten years they were able to face the titanic villain Thanos. It was a worthy ending for everyone and to be honest... They probably should have stopped at that point, but this is Disney we're talking about. They'd got used to billion dollar films and wanted to move on. However...

In my eyes, they made the following terrible mistakes.

1. they stopped focusing on their strengths and got bogged down in series, comics and films so that it became almost impossible to understand a big screen film unless you had seen at least one series first.
2. they had already covered most of the AAA heroes and now had to work with heroes that fewer people outside the comic scene knew. However, they didn't build these heroes up slowly, but had them fight random and generic looking opponents.
3. not only was there no clear thread connecting everything, but there was this ONE enemy that was in control and too dangerous for everyone to face alone.

But why are you reading this, or why am I writing this? Not to badmouth Marvel or Disney, but to build a version of the Ware 4.

The rules are very simple.

1. there is a mastermind who pulls the strings in the background and is allowed to appear beforehand, but is only revealed and intervenes towards the end. This supervillain is Dr Doom.

2 Dr. Doom is in this story the following. He is at least as clever as Reed Richards. He is the ruler of the internationally recognised kingdom of Latveria and part of the United Nations. Even though he is a super-level genius, his skills as a warlock are also very strong, but not on the level of Dr Strange or Wanda. However, he knows his way around the occult very well. He's not a villain per se. He is only interested in protecting his subjects, for whom he is very kind and just, and that the world understands that he is the smartest and most powerful being. The famous rivalry against Reed is a driving **** for him, but he only sees anyone as an enemy as long as they stand between Doom and his goal.

3 Dr. Doom has had enough of aliens, Hydra, gods or crazy time travellers putting his people in danger and starts to take action. To do this, he will equip some B-level villains in each story with tech, tactics or resources to do the dirty work for him. Most of the time, they won't even know who they're working for or what his goals are

1. Wave 4 consists of the following superheroes or teams.

Fantastic Four.

X-Men

Spider Man

Thunder Bolts

SHIELD

1. the villains MUST be from Earth, or live there. Dr Doom has no influence on other planets at the beginning, so he's betting on everything on Earth. However, if anyone has a good idea why this should change, I am of course willing to allow it.

2. sex is omnipresent in our stories, but you should try to look at your story like a film. It can also be a film in which all heroes and villains eventually become sluts and serve Doom.

3. the most important thing!!! This story is not moderated, but whoever starts a story should always be considered. Please. Please. Talk to each other and don't just hijack someone else's story. I, for one, would be very happy about brainstorming.

4. heroes who died in wave 1-3 remain dead and no part of the original waves is ignored, changed or written on in any way. So an 80 year old Steve is possible, but a suddenly appearing Tony Stark should please be avoided.
