When any kind of symbol is part of a character's eyes, but is not related to the symbol-shaped pupils. For instance, a person may have blue eyes, normal pupils, and the glint seen from reflected light, but has the addition of a pink flower symbol somewhere in the blue portion. This can also count if the glint of the eye is shaped like a distinct symbol (post #2505556).
