In the beginning....
Life was normal during this timeline. It was as mundane as any modernize society would be. Current form present day.
However, one day, people from all over the world spotted strange flashes of light in the sky. Less than a week later, they began to receive notices from their governments to report to a newly opened health center in their neighborhoods. Ordinary folk flock to these centers without question, as if they were compelled to do so.
